Our Process

Get Enquiry of Customer

Find the appropriate product according to the demand of the customer

Initiate Negotition with the Manufacturer and settle all terms & then offer the best possible solution to client.

Once Negotiation is completed with client, the client accepts our proposal and raises his Purchase order.

A Proforma Invoice is issued to customer which defines rate and Incoterms of Consigments.

The client acknowledges the same with his signature and stamp on Proforma Invoice.

The client sends the Advance payment.

The manufacturer is then ordered for the production of products along with PO and advance payment

Once the production is completed, the payment is made and final and the dispatch begins .

The client receives the C&F/CIF/FOB/LCL delivery at the port of his choice from the port of origin. Therefore, the transaction is complete.

Yes, there are number of goods and products which need special permission. The BushMaster will guide you once you will tell us your needs.

We accept orders for LCL CARGO, 20' FT CONTAINER; 40 FT CONTAINER; 40'Hc CONTAINER.

When the order is not enough to fill the bare minimum 20 FT Container then it is dispatched as LCL CARGO or OPEN LOAD.

Ocean Freight of the Container / LCL Cargo; Expenses charged by the shipping Company for the same ; Custom & Port Charges to be paid in the country of origin / destination country depending on the services opted by the customer.

Generally, Certificate of Origin of goods from the exporter is required.  Apart from this if any other certificate is required by the client at the destination, then it can also be arranged depending on the privacy policy of the manufacturer. 

Yes it can be done depending on the privacy policies of the manufacturer. 

70% Advance payment transfer when Proforma Invoice is signed & stamped by the buyer and 30 % Balance payment when production of order is complete and photos / videos of the same are sent by us to the buyer.

Depends on the country of Final Destination of the goods. E.g., Port in China to Port in Chile transit time is 55 - 70 days.
